Payment Terms; We accept payments through our online payment solution platform as provided, this accommodates bank transfers and POS payments. This implies we use a third-party payment process in our transactions.
Refunds; we are free from any liability whatsoever for transactions entered directly between vendors , sellers and buyers, which the purchase and payment, including delivery did not pass through our channels. However , we can obtain a refund for items and services subscribed and duely paid by a buyer but were not supplied or delivered. In this instance our company will initiate a refund process by sanctioning the particular vendor , and retrieving the same amount paid by the buyer for the product under claim and credit same to the buyer. Our refund policy outlines clearly the processes and time frame for refunds.
Intellectual property:
